It made my trip to Chania a comfortable experience. The restaurant was excellent with fancy food, I tried excellent dishes. The hotel was located in a great place, in front of a bus stop. Moreover, the area was great.

The hotel has a perfect location, right next to Samaria Gorge, Chania, and the mountains. the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were bright with climate control, TV, and a seating area. - the spacious bedrooms were nice-sized. - the staff was very helpful and flexible. - I really enjoyed my stay at this property.

The value for money at Gigilos Omalos was great, exceeding our expectations. The room was comfortable and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby gorge.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gigilos Omalos. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel is conveniently located less than 5km from the start of the Samaria Gorge, providing a nice warm, up before our descent. the room was clean upon arrival and despite not being cleaned again during our 2, night stay, it was not an issue. We enjoyed delicious food in the hotel restaurant, with some added homemade treats by Maria. We also appreciated the early check, in when we arrived at 8.30am. The ambiance was enhanced by the sound of bells from the local sheep and the presence of frogs/toads nearby. Cons: Everything was spot on. 👍.
